What is PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
In line with the Department of Education’s policy on upholding the principles of merit, competence, fitness, and equality, and consistent with the Civil Service Commission’s mandate on equal employment opportunity, the Schools Division Office of Pagadian City—through the close supervision and management of its Human Resource Management Office, Personnel Unit, and the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board—hereby presents the Performance Management procedures and guidelines.
