What is PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

In line with the Department of Education’s policy of upholding the principles of merit, competence, fitness, and equality, and in accordance with the Civil Service Commission’s mandate on equal employment opportunity, the Schools Division Office of Pagadian City—through the close supervision and management of its Human Resource Management Office, Personnel Unit, and the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board—hereby presents the Rewards and Recognition (R&R) procedures and guidelines.

This section aims to provide the Human Resource personnel and all individuals interested in serving the Schools Division Office of Pagadian City with a clearer understanding of the Rewards and Recognition (R&R) processes and procedures, as well as the essential documents required to qualify for employment, reclassification, reappointment, reemployment, promotion, and other personnel actions and opportunities.
