What is RECRUITMENT SELECTION AND PLACEMENT
In line with the Department of Education’s policy of upholding the principles of merit, competence, fitness, and equality, and in accordance with the Civil Service Commission’s mandate on equal employment opportunity, the Schools Division Office of Pagadian City—through the close supervision and management of its Human Resource Management Office, Personnel Unit, and the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board—hereby presents the Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP) procedures and guidelines.
